Last sunday (Oct 2) we hired your services for my sister celebration at Las Pinas...the foods were supposed to be for 100pax but the way we observed and saw it..it was actually for 30 pax or less...good thing that we have cooked additional foods for our guests, or else we can never imagine what have happen then, what we saw on your serving dishes were not enough for 100pax, your unlimited iced te...a were only served once( it supposed to be UNLIMITED), then the foods were good on your free taste scheduled but it turns bad on the day of the event...dont know why???then as on our agreement, the TENT that we have requested and paid for additional were supposed to covered the 100pax but on the day of the event, it turns to small and covered 30pax only so we have to request another TENT and pay additional charges again..then, the one named KAYE told us that we can request for additional serving dishes for the foods that we cooked and it will be free on charged, then AGAIN it turns to have additional charges on the day of event, just imagined we paid for 180 pesos for each extra serving dishes even though we have not used them, we have only used 5 extra dishes but they have charged us additional 1800pesos for the 10serving dishes.....then, on the arrangement all that they have told us, never happened like roses on the tables, red carpet and etc....even the dessert pastries were only 3 boxes on display..it only for 30 pax AND KAYE TOLD US THAT IT WAS ON OUR PREROGATIVES IF WE WANT BUFFET SERVED OR JUST LET IT SERVED ON TABLES FOR FREE OF CHARGE but it turns that we have to pay additional chargeD of 800 pesos for the waiters when they served it to tables . so disappointed...even the waiters were not so accommodating, they were not smiling while serving..and NOT SO FRIENDLY AT ALL....BUT THEN WE HAVE PAID THE REMAINING BALANCE .....AND WE JUST HAVE TO CHARGED IT TO OUR EXPERIENCE SINCE ALL THAT HAPPENED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT AND WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT!!!
